There are only 2 steps you must follow in order to apply for your Cofound.it Priority Pass™:
- Create a Cofound.it account.
- Add an ETH wallet address with at least 5,000 CFI to your account.
Choosing the right wallet
If you do not have an ETH wallet yet, please follow this guide first. The wallet you add to your dashboard should be the same wallet you plan on using in crowdsales to make your contributions to our projects.
Although our contributors are able to use almost any type of ETH wallets, we are happy to hear that more and more people are choosing our partner Jaxx or MyEtherWallet. If you use any other wallet, make sure your chosen ETH wallet:
- Provides you with access to the wallet's private key
- Supports ERC20 tokens
Don't use exchange wallets to register for your Cofound.it Priority Pass™ and to contribute in crowdsales! Wallets on exchanges don't give you access to private keys and are unable to receive project tokens properly.
Becoming a Cofound.it Priority Pass™ member
Once you have an appropriate wallet set up, here's the step-by-step guide on how to become a member using the Cofound.it Priority Pass™ dashboard.
Step 1: Sign up for Cofound.it account
Go to the https://cofound.it/signup, enter your email address, choose a safe password and select your timezone:
As it is with all registrations, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
In case you did not receive one, click "Resend email" and check your spam folder. If you still did not receive one, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After you click on the confirmation link in your email, you will be taken to the login page.
Provide your email and password and continue with step 2.
Step 2: Add your ETH wallet address
When you log into the dashboard, you will see a button "Priority Pass™" on the top - click it!
Click "Add New Wallet" to add your ETH address.
A window will pop-up asking you to add your ETH wallet address in the "wallet address" field. Below it, you will see "wallet type" drop-down menu - click it and choose your wallet type.
Check the notifications in the pop-up to be sure your wallet is not an exchange wallet, that you have access to your private key and that your wallet supports ERC20 tokens.
Registering Jaxx wallet into your dashboard
Open your Jaxx, switch to the ETH wallet Copy-paste your ETH wallet address, select Jaxx wallet type and click on the "Add wallet" button...
Example: adding Jaxx wallet address
Registering MyEtherWallet into your dashboard
Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/ and unlock your wallet. Copy-paste your ETH wallet address, select MyEtherWallet wallet type and click on the "Add wallet" button...
Example: adding MyEtherWallet address

The dashboard will automatically check your CFI balance in your wallet and inform you of your Priority Pass membership status based on the amount of CFI tokens in your wallet. You currently need 5,000 or more CFI tokens in your wallet to activate your Priority Pass.
While your Priority Pass is Inactive, access to the crowdsales will be locked. With exception of the ongoing crowdsales which already entered into public phase as seen below.
In this example, Maencenas crowdsale is already in the public phase, so you can contribute even if your Priority Pass is not activated.
When you transfer a sufficient amount of CFI tokens to your wallet, you can refresh your balance by clicking on the "Refresh" button and your Cofound.it Priority Pass™ will be ACTIVE!
Access to the ongoing pre-sales and other upcoming pre-sales will be unlocked...
Note the different buttons that are available for each of the announced crowdsales:
- CONTRIBUTE NOW - ongoing crowdsales - with block count-down until the end of the crowdsale.
- ADD TO CALENDAR - upcoming crowdsale with a countdown timer when it will start.
- FIND OUT MORE - upcoming crowdsale with unknown starting date/time.
More information is available for crowdsale with timers. By clicking on the button next to the timer you will see detailed information when it will start, right down to the block number.
Please note that all dates are approximations due to varying block times, so check the exact start block in the days leading to the crowdsale for the most accurate pre-sale start time. More information regarding the process and sequence of events unfolding during crowdsale can be found in this article.
